Terms and Conditions – Invoicing and Payment

  1. Payment Terms
    1.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices issued by Sabre Business Associates Ltd (Sabre Associates) are payable in full within seven (7) days from the invoice date. 1.2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details specified on the invoice. 1.3. All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT, which shall be applied at the prevailing rate where applicable.
  2. Deposits and Project Payments
    2.1. For project-based engagements, a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee is required prior to the commencement of any work. 2.2. The remaining balance will be invoiced as per the agreed project schedule or upon completion of the work, whichever occurs first.
  3. Notice and Termination
    3.1. A minimum notice period of thirty (30) days is required for termination of ongoing services or projects. 3.2. Notice must be provided in writing via email or registered post to Sabre Associates at their registered office. 3.3. Any work undertaken during the notice period will be fully chargeable.
  4. Late Payment and Interest Charges
    4.1. In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, unpaid invoices beyond the due date shall incur interest at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. 4.2. A statutory late payment compensation fee may also be applied, in accordance with UK legislation. 4.3. If payment is not received within the agreed terms, Sabre Associates reserves the right to suspend services until full payment is made.
  5. Dispute Resolution
    5.1. In the event of a payment dispute, the Client must notify Sabre Associates in writing within five (5) business days of receiving the invoice, detailing the nature of the dispute. 5.2. Both parties shall work in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably within ten (10) business days.
  6. Legal Jurisdiction
    6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 6.2. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging the services of Sabre Associates, the Client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
